Ho iniziato a andare in barca all’età di 13 anni, a Cavo (Isola d’Elba) frequentando per diverse estati la scuola di vela “Utopia”, prima sulle derive e poi sui cabinati. Negli anni ho partecipato a numerose regate e lavorato su barche di svariate tipologie e dimensioni. Nel 2016 sono diventato armatore per la prima volta di un Jeanneau Folie Douce, “Nuvola“, insieme abbiamo navigato tanto e ho imparato cosa vuol dire essere il comandante, a fare i 1000 lavori di manutenzione che richiede una barca e a far fronte agli imprevisti che possono succedere. Il tempo passato in barca non era mai abbastanza, non mi accontentavo di passarci le ferie o i giorni liberi: ne volevo sempre di più! E così, piano piano, ha preso corpo l’idea di farne un lavoro e uno stile di vita.
