The photovoltaic system and batteries are sufficient to power the electric navigation and life on board! We have been working on the creation and operation of electro-solar pleasure boats for low-carbon river navigation for just 18 years! Given climate change and increasingly frequent weather disruptions, here are the cancellation policies following weather alerts: Cancellation Policy in Case of Weather Alerts In the event of an official weather alert (orange or red alert issued by the relevant authorities), we reserve the right to cancel or postpone scheduled reservations to ensure everyone's safety. In this situation: Customers will be informed as soon as possible by email or telephone. A rescheduling of the reservation will be offered free of charge, subject to availability. If no rescheduling is suitable, a full refund will be issued. No penalty will be applied for cancellations directly related to an official weather alert. Outside of officially recognized alerts, our standard cancellation policy remains applicable.
