We recommend two distinct itineraries every day, with opposite routes, specially designed on the basis of the weather conditions and wind forecasts for the day.  ROUTE TO SERPENTARA  After having bypassed the Scoglio and the nearby Santo Stefano beach of the Old Fortress by continuing to sail south along the coast to Capo Carbonara, we will find ourselves within reach of two beautiful ones Coves: Cala Caterina and, immediately after, Cala Burroni.  From here, after about 30 minutes of navigation, you reach Isola dei Cavoli of wild and incomparable granite beauty. The island is very well known as one of the most sought-after and attractive destinations for divers e snorkellers for the unparalleled wealth of marine flora and fauna given by the crystal clear waters that surround it.  Continuing, nearby, you can then stop at the Madonna del Castaway a granite statue over 3 meters high, a gift from the island sculptor of world fame Pinuccio Sciola who, placed on the seabed in memory and suffrage of all missing sailors and shipwrecked to invoke protection on everyone who goes to sea, can be admired in all its beauty and magnificence both from the surface and underwater. Our Lady of Castaway is celebrated on the third weekend of July each year by part of many boats and divers with the deposition of flower garlands in his honour.  Continuing the navigation, you will be able to skirt the beaches beautiful and renowned of South Sardinia:  Porto Giunco, with its tower 65 meters high,  Timi Ama beach. The sea in front is characterized by a bass seabed and is therefore very suitable for frequenting especially from part of minors and the elderly. Behind it stands a luxurious resort which takes its name and the beautiful panorama distinguishes this stretch of costa meant that it was chosen as a set for numerous films and commercials successful advertisers. 2  Tanka beach and Simius beach. Wonderful sandy beach white and very fine, more than a km long, bathed by a sea of colors spectacular ranging from emerald green to turquoise and with a shallow water ideal for children. It is also well known because, a few hundred meters from the shoreline, there is a shoal where a colony of fish resides triggerfish (a very colorful and very sociable species of tropical fish and which, in exchange for a few bites of bread, will also be done quietly caress).  Punta Molentis. With its granite promontory, its luminous tongue of white sand and with the unmistakable silhouette on the horizon of Serpentara Island to check that, even in this stretch of the Area Marine Protected, everything is calm and in order.  And here we are at the last stage foreseen by our proposal for ROUTE TO THE EAST which, coincidentally, bears its name: Serpentara Island. It seems that this name, more than for the snakes and snakes even present on the island, derives instead from the clear sinuous shape that it presents when observing it from above. For those interested in visiting it (the island is completely uninhabited and full of splendid breathtaking views overlooking the sea), we point out that the only point of relatively easy landing is a tiny recess to the north/west called the Caletta dell'Approdo. From here (with a minimum of difficulty, it must be said), it will then be possible to reach the Tower of S. Luigi which, placed at a height of 54 meters on the side cliff opposite of the island, it observes the sea still in time and without ever getting distracted open.  At this point the time will certainly have come to take the way back to port without, however, neglecting two other unmissable stops along the way unforgettable swims surrounded by the splendid colors of the Cava sea Usai and Campulongu Beach.  ROUTE TO TOWER OF THE STARS  After leaving the port, here is immediately a first stop not to be missed absolutely: the small Spiaggia del Riso which takes its name from composition of its sand formed by tiny pebbles smoothed by the sea resembling grains of rice. A unique and particular scenario that makes it world famous.  From here, continuing to navigate, you can skirt the nearby large one Campulongu white sand beach, where the complex is located archaeological site of Domus de Janas dating back to about 3,000 years BC. with the exclusive characteristic of being in Sardinia the site closest to the shoreline.  Continuing the navigation not much longer you find yourself coasting the Campus beach passing the Scogli de Piscadeddus, shoal of about 3.5 meters deep with the characteristic presence of two granite blocks main ones that slope towards the sand.  A few more minutes of navigation and here we are at the splendid ones inlets of Porto sa Ruxi with its characteristic junipers that cover the dunes natural white sand bordering a dense forest overlooking the sea. The seabed in this stretch of sea is purely of very fine white sand and the water color is transparent and bright emerald green bordering three suggestive small beaches separated by small cliffs.  In the next stop foreseen by the navigation, it will not be possible to deny oneself a dive and an exciting swim in the crystal clear sea of the spectacular Cala Pisanu and, immediately after rounding Capo Boi on which stands the tower of the same name spanish at 119 meters high, in the waters facing the Solanas beach.  Resuming navigation again, you will reach the stretch of sea of Torre delle Stars, the last stage of our proposal for a ROUTE to the WEST. Torre delle Stelle is a village lying on a promontory with a sinuous profile with two enchanting beaches set: Cann'e Sisa (facing west) and Genn'e Mari (facing east).  Along the way back, the last stop proposed, the beach of Is Cuccureddus (online distance from the port about 2.5 km), for a last evening swim at the end of a day certainly demanding but full of unforgettable regenerating emotions.
