Once we've set sail, as evening approaches, the boat will position itself in the best spot to watch the sun set into the sea. The sky will be tinged with shades of gold, pink, and orange: the perfect moment to pop the champagne, relax, and begin the slow approach to Monfalcone, lulled by the evening breeze.
