Truly a fantastic experience! We were looking for a special day on a boat and we found so much more. The Virtue is beautiful, super clean, comfortable, and immaculately maintained. You can tell there's so much care and passion put into it. Greta was exceptional: she immediately put us at ease, she's knowledgeable, friendly, and always attentive to making sure we enjoy our day to the fullest. She took us to wonderful places, away from the crowds, where we swam in spectacular seas. It was one of the best experiences of our Sardinian holiday. Fantastic experience, we went to Phi Beach at sunset, you can see they have a lot of experience in this world

Our experience was extremely disappointing. When booking, the owner, Francesco, informed us that we would be charged 100 liters of fuel. At the end of the excursion, without providing any proof or measurement of actual consumption, we were charged 200 liters, double the amount initially stated. The boat was also dirty and appeared poorly maintained, far below expectations. Furthermore, the employee claimed that the fuel consumption was 200 liters, but without any objective proof. This gave us the impression that they were trying to justify a charge that wasn't adequately substantiated. The tour itself also differed greatly from what was promised. The contract included visits to five beaches, but we were only taken to two. On several occasions, the boat stopped far from the most beautiful beaches, preventing us from swimming and snorkeling as we had expected. We had the impression that this was done to avoid getting close to the coast. Unfortunately, what should have been one of the most beautiful days of our vacation turned into a huge disappointment. We do not recommend this experience and hope that future customers receive greater transparency and the service actually promised. Owner's answer: We regret reading your review, especially because it doesn't reflect what actually happened on the day. Before departure, you provided an estimate of fuel consumption of approximately 100 liters, based solely on the itinerary you requested when booking. However, during the excursion, you changed the program several times, specifically asking the skipper to visit Budelli and take a much more extensive tour of the entire Maddalena Archipelago. It is therefore natural that the final consumption was higher than the initial estimate. Contrary to what you stated, the consumption is documented. The boat departed with a full tank and returned with approximately half a tank, as stated in the contract you also signed. Furthermore, the refueling carried out immediately after the rental is documented by a receipt, which attests to an even higher cost than the amount requested. We also wish to point out that the €500 you paid included the National Park entrance fee, not just fuel. Regarding the itinerary, no stopover is contractually guaranteed, as the route is always agreed upon throughout the day based on guests' requests, weather and sea conditions, and boat traffic. The skipper followed the instructions given, always prioritizing the safety of the crew and the vessel, as required by law. We also regret that your behavior during the return journey is not mentioned, when you disputed the fuel payment and expressed your intention to leave a negative review if you had not received a discount. For this reason, we have already submitted all available documentation to the platform, including receipts, the signed contract, and communications, so that it can assess the situation as a whole. Every season, we accompany hundreds of guests to discover the Maddalena Archipelago and are proud of the positive feedback we receive. We will continue to work with transparency, professionalism, and documentation of every service performed, confident that the facts speak for themselves.

Fantastic experience, one of the best days of our Sardinian holiday! There were six of us, and we departed from Portisco. Francesco and I organized the trip impeccably: always available and very quick to respond. A special thanks to our skipper, Greta, who was simply exceptional. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always smiling, she took us to wonderful coves, ensuring an unforgettable day. The boat was perfect, the sea was dreamy, and the atmosphere was incredible, with dives, laughter, and breathtaking views.
