    Not the best experience. Original quoted price turned out to be invalid for some reason, so C&B support helped me make the booking, but at a higher price. The person listed who we thought was skippering, "Claudio", was replaced by an employee. We were told that we could be picked up at our rental house on the water, but then that employee refused, so we had to drive to a harbor. The boat wasn't exactly the same one on the listing, and is in pretty beat up condition. Huge cracks in the fibreglass, seat cushions falling apart, etc. I was told the day before that we could use the fridge for wine bottles, but on the day of the rental, we were told that we can't use it because "it's full". There was no safety briefing, no idea where life jackets are, etc. The skipper was just going through the motions. He definitely didn't go above and beyond for us, didn't make us feel especially welcome on the boat, and just seemed generally disinterested. For this amount of money, I expected a lot better, and we left pretty disappointed. I would not rent from this company again.
