I invited all our friends and asked David to bring them all aboard before our arrival so my husband could meet everyone on the boat! The surprise was a 100% success; David put all four of us together to make it a success! The boat is comfortable and spacious (there were 16 of us), and the amenities were great for swimming. David, Chris and the Boat were MAGNIFICENT! I was hesitant at first to book because the reviews weren’t the best, but David was the sweetest and very accommodating, the boat was HUGE, clean and sop beautiful. Also the skipper Chris, so attentive, kind, and super friendly as well. The charcuterie was so cute and wine very tasty! Very patient with us as we arrived a little late. If I could give this 10 out of 5 starts I would. I’m only booking with them when I come back!

David was the most unpleasant captain with no interest in the customer’s needs. safety was disgraceful - no safety briefing completed onboard prior to departure And the boat has been poorly maintained. as a professional captain of 30 years in Australia this was the worse presented boat with no fridge space for our food and beverage's, ash trays were full of butts, no cushions on the seats as advertised, no instructions on how the guests should use the toilets, no introduction of the crews names etc. when asked to move to a different destination he wasn’t accommodating. He then charged us 480 euros for fuel for the day which should have been approximately 180 euros. In addition when we completed the charter he wanted 200 euros for cleaning, which hadn’t been discussed prior and we had cleaned up after ourselves. This was absolutely the worst experience for the price charged in all our world travels. We would not recommend.

We arrived at 09:00 and called David, and he said that he would arrive around 10:30 and be back at 17:00. Also… We had to pay €950 gasoline before we left. I have never had such a bad experience renting a boat in my life. Click&Boat remove it from your site. This kind of provider should not even be offered. It's a shame ! I had made this boating day as a gift to my mother, I had the shame of my life when we saw the old tub of scotch patched up arriving in the port. Had a very good half day trip with David! He was able to pick us up from a port nearer to Frejus which cut down our commute and was very appreciated. Boat is spacious and well equipped. We were 6 adults and 3 children (7 months, 2 and 4) and it was great just pulling into a quiet bay and playing in the calm waters. Only surprise that there was an additional €235 to pay for petrol which we were told about after booking and only a few hours before departing - unfortunately this was not made clear to us before booking when I’d asked for the total price. Fortunately we were able to stump up the cash but calling it out here as others might not be able to. Still had a great day out and would recommend David and his boat though!!

To make matters worse David yelled and cursed at us for not speaking French. He then proceeded to drive the slowest speed possible and refused to speed up. St Tropez to Cap Talliat took 1.5hrs!!! Dinghies we’re going faster than us. When we showed him another review complaining about our same issue, he cursed at us and threatened to immediately drop us back at harbour (of course it was an empty threat because he would not discuss returning our money). Sure enough, at the end of the day when we returned, the fuel gage was at 95%. David refused to even discuss the fuel cost. We feel we were defrauded and stolen from, and we avoid to avoid this boat at all costs. Unacceptable.
