Liberato is an attentive and responsive owner. We booked the night before, and he was available via message until late in the evening. The explanations were clear and concise. We had no unpleasant surprises during our rental. The boat was very pleasant to use and fully equipped for our planned activities. A cooler with ice and water accessories (diving mask, board) were provided on board. During our rental, we had a minor collision with another boater. Liberato and his team were there from beginning to end to reassure us and find the best compromise to resolve the situation. They spent nearly six hours liaising with the insurance companies and the other party to find the best possible solution so that we wouldn't be penalized and could enjoy the rest of our vacation. I would like to thank them for their understanding and dedication, both during the booking process and at the end of our rental, despite the accident. In short; Punctual, attentive, proactive, understanding, reassuring, and incredibly kind. Thank you for the wonderful time we spent together on what was the best day of our vacation! All the best!
