This type of catamaran features a set-back mast and automatically tacking jib to ensure excellent sailing performance and ease of handling, allowing all maneuvers to be performed from a single location. As for living space, the catamaran is a houseboat with all the amenities one could need for living, equipped with full kitchen and bathroom amenities.
