Itama - Forty | 11 People
A wonderful opportunity to follow the Voiles regattas up close aboard our iconic teak-decked yacht, the Itama. We embark in Saint Tropez or Les Marines de Cogolin (free parking) to position ourselves on the waters where the regattas start, and we approach the sailboats as closely as possible—without disturbing them—to admire the crews' maneuvers and the elegance of the boats. Magnificent photo opportunities guaranteed. Depending on the program (available on the official Voiles de Saint Tropez website), you'll see the MaxiYachts (ultra-modern carbon fiber sailboats between 20 and 40 meters), the Tradition sailboats (sublime vintage sailboats), or even the modern ones. At the start, we accompany the leaders before returning to anchor near the finish line—it's time for a swim and a snack with a local Minuty rosé wine. On the return journey, we'll weigh anchor to watch the first boats arrive, allowing you to return to the port of Saint Tropez to watch them moor and enjoy the village's spectacular scenery. A magical and elegant event. Our experience includes the boat, soft drinks, and the Minuty! Skipper €330 and fuel extra ------- Style and elegance above all! Itama, the name of the creator of this legendary yacht: Mario Amati. This Italian boat is ideal for luxury cruises as a couple, with family, or with friends in the area around St Tropez - Ramatuelle and the Hyères Islands (Port Cros - Porquerolles). NEW THIS YEAR FOR SPORTS AESTHETES: In partnership with a freediving school working with champions, we offer the opportunity to organize a one-day freediving initiation/advanced masterclass - Saint Tropez - Port Cros area - Sundays (individual and couple rates starting at €1,080/couple, all-inclusive: relaxation lessons, freediving, fuel, supervision, lunch, skipper, and equipment) - minimum 7 people - contact us for registration and details. A sublime boat with timeless lines, over 13 meters long and 4 meters wide, this yachting icon since the 1970s offers a sleek teak foredeck, a beautiful beige color, and all the comforts for a day or night on board. It was completely renovated in 2018/2025. The hull is very seaworthy, cruising speed 21 knots, maximum 33 knots. This recently renovated vessel offers its passengers a teak floor, a large teak foredeck, a rear sundeck, several benches, an awning, a rear swim platform, a shower, a bathroom with toilet, and all the amenities needed for lunch, drinks, or dinner on board, as well as a wonderful swim. Some suggested destinations: 1. Day trip near the Gulf of Saint Tropez (Salins, Pampelonne, Cap Camarat, Escalet, Cap Taillat) Departure at 10:00 a.m. from the Cogolin Marina and return at 6:00 p.m. to the fully renovated moored port • Swimming and snorkeling, program with additional partner providers (diving, freediving) 2. Day trip to Sanary: Departure at 9:00 a.m. from the Cogolin Marina and return at 6:00 p.m. to the fully renovated moored port • Swimming and snorkeling, program with additional partner providers (diving, freediving) 3. Day trip to Port Cros (anchorage permitted in the national park and port) Departure around 10:00 a.m. from the Cogolin Marina and return at 6:00 p.m. to the port - allow approximately 1.5 hours for the outward journey and the same for the return journey, subject to variations depending on sea conditions. Anchorage at Port Cros (snorkeling, use of the dinghy to get ashore and along the trails) • Lunch • Swimming and a stop at the port for a possible visit • Return to the Gulf of St. Tropez, perhaps with dolphins... Optional overnight stay on board at the port or on a buoy (check logistics in advance) 4. Day at the Lérins Islands / Cannes Departure at 9:30 a.m. from the Marines de Cogolin. Swimming towards Agay, with the Esterel massif in the background. Snorkeling. Various anchorages and swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Lérins Islands (Sainte Marguerite, Saint Honorat). Lunch on an island (reservation required) or picnic on the boat. Possibility to purchase wine (very nice) from the Abbey of St. Honorat. Return in the second half of the afternoon to St. Tropez, passing the beaches and the port of Cannes. For other programs (to Monaco, Cap d'Antibes, several days, others) destinations...) contact me to adjust the price. The boat is located at Les Marines de Cogolin, 8 minutes from St. Tropez. Private parking is available. Restaurants and a supermarket are also located in the port. Please note that the proposed fuel consumption is measured from the boat's home port. The skipper can, of course, arrange another port of embarkation for the guests' personal convenience; the journey there is considered part of the rental day. Average fuel consumption is approximately 110/120 liters/hour. We have an on-board computer that records total consumption, and the price applied will be the price of the Marines de Cogolin pump. See their website for the latest updates. The snorkeling equipment, in very good condition, is provided with a wide range of fin sizes to ensure you enjoy quality snorkeling. As an option, we can rent a paddleboard and organize lunch on board (picnic baskets). REMINDER: €300/day to be paid directly at the port for the professional skipper who will accompany you. Fuel billed at actual cost.
