Having been sailing since the age of 7, I never imagined I'd make it my career at 47. I've supervised monohulls and catamarans from 28 to 60 feet. As a charter management base manager in Corsica and mainland France, I made a life choice by acquiring this catamaran in 2021, purchased in the West Indies after an East-West transatlantic crossing on a Pogo 36. After one season, I sailed my boat single-handed from St. Martin to Marbella in 29 days non-stop. In 2023, I accompanied a humanitarian challenge from Marseille to Beirut with a rower on a solo sea race. Three months of coastal sailing and four crossings of 70 to 150 miles. I returned single-handed from Beirut. I hold the FFV certification to validate levels 1 to 4. I also hold a Disabled Sports Adapted diploma. I've supervised Rêves d'enfance (children in remission from cancer and leukemia), Voile en tête (mentally disabled and addicted), and Institut Arc en Ciel (visually impaired). My grandson is a sponsor of the boat with his association "Petit Bonhomme de Sel" (Little Man of Salt) to fight cystic fibrosis. For each person who spends a night on board, I donate €10 to research. Every year, I offer a week-long cruise for two people to raise funds with the Virades de l'espoir (Virades of Hope), led by VLM and the Grégory Lemarchal Foundation.
