We rented the Antaris 630, a beautiful boat with a lacquered wood interior, but the engine failed just 30 minutes after departure. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the whole process — waiting for rescue and switching to another boat — took around 1 hour. The replacement boat had a plastic interior and just didn’t match the charm or quality of the one we originally booked. No compensation was offered for the lost time or the downgrade. To top it off, when we got back, we were charged extra €100 for a missing fender on that replacement boat — even though we were never told to keep an eye on it or that it could come off. Left us with mixed feelings after what started as a promising day.
