We rented a boat on Hydra – and it was hands down one of the best experiences we've had in Greece. No crowds, no schedules – just us, the sea, and the island's raw beauty. We discovered hidden coves, swam in crystal-clear water, and felt like we had the Aegean all to ourselves. If you're in Hydra, skip the tourist trail for a day and take the wheel – this is freedom, Greek-style.
