This 3 Nautalin layout of the Oceanis 35.1 is in great shape with a lot of added amenities and accessories. It includes both Air Conditioning and Heating systems, a generator, coffee machine, microwave, a well sized fridge/freezer, an optional exterior gas BBQ, electric toilet along with the teak flooring in the cockpit area and foam teak around the anchor windlass area. The swimming platform transom makes for a great addition when anchoring around shallow bays and near deserted islands for a nice BBQ and swim off the boat. The red sea is dotted with excellent reefs and desert islands to explore, with an abundance of wind and charming ports, it is the perfect destination for a sailing holiday off the beaten path.
