A newly built vessel, very comfortable and meticulously finished. The TIP TOP PLUS is ideal for river and lagoon cruises, but is also certified for coastal cruising. It is recommended for a large family or four couples who want to enjoy a comfortable stay on board. The TIP TOP PLUS has two cabins in the bow and two in the stern. One cabin in the bow has a double bed that can be converted into two single beds (with the option of adding a third bunk bed), and the second cabin has a double bed that can be converted into a single bed (for a much more spacious and comfortable cabin). Both cabins have a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and electric toilet. Aft are two additional cabins with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Both cabins have a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and electric toilet. All cabins are equipped with wardrobes and drawers. The modern and elegant, yet functional, furnishings make this boat truly unique. The dinette can be converted into an additional single or double bed if needed; in this case, guests can access the aft bathroom directly from the living room. At the center is the spacious and bright salon with an entertainment area and the first helm station. Adjacent, on a lower level, is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven and stove, a microwave, and a large refrigerator/freezer. A shaded terrace with chairs and a table for convivial outdoor living. A second helm station is located on the flying bridge. A large sundeck is located on the bow. The boat is also equipped with a directional bow thruster. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. The Lessee must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid boating license. He or she will be directly responsible for all belongings entrusted to him or her. Upon boarding, identification is required. The R.V.F. reserves the right to limit independent navigation to those who demonstrate insufficient reliability. 2. Booking Modifications. All booking modifications made by the Renter from the date of confirmation up to 8 weeks before the departure date will incur a "dossier fee" of €100 per modification. Any modifications made less than 8 weeks before the embarkation date may be made by prior agreement with the Lessor. 3. Cancellation by RVF. If, due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable circumstances, RVF is unable to provide the Renter with the booked vessel, it will be obliged to find a replacement vessel with approximately the same characteristics. In the event of total impossibility, RVF will immediately refund any amounts received without any further obligation. 4. Insurance. Insurance coverage includes accidental damage to the vessel and equipment, civil liability to third parties and passengers, medical transportation in the event of injury or illness, and vessel recovery. The policy does not cover theft or damage to the Renter's valuables and personal belongings. RVF declines all liability for any theft, loss, or damage to the Renter's property. 5. Deposit. A deposit must be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on the day of arrival at the base, before boarding. This amount will be held for a maximum of 21 days to cover any damage and/or obligations to third parties. Amount of the security deposit or reduced deposit as per price list. 6. Assistance/Claim. The rental price includes assistance in the event of a breakdown. RVF undertakes to ensure assistance in the best possible manner and as quickly as possible. Reimbursement will only be requested for repairs due to the Lessee's negligence (unclogging the toilet, replacing the bow thruster fuse, etc.) or in the event of a stranding. The Lessee must promptly report any accident or damage to RVF by telephone and will refrain from any non-urgent action. The Lessee, who is the cause or victim of an accident, a stranding, or following the occurrence of unforeseeable engine or equipment problems, will not be entitled to any reimbursement from RVF if the cruise could be compromised. 7. Boarding. The boat will be available to the Lessee for boarding formalities from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the agreed day. The following formalities will be completed in order of arrival: registration of a "Captain's" document; payment of the deposit; signing of the onboard inventory and inspection of the boat's condition; Technical instructions for the use of all the various components on the boat; review of nautical charts, obligations, navigation tips and suggestions; and a short test drive. Subject to availability and agreement with the base, early check-in is possible starting at 11:00 a.m. for a fee of €80. 8. Disembarkation. The boat must be returned and vacated by 9:00 a.m. on the last day of the rental, in good order and clean condition. The Lessee agrees to report to RVF all lost or damaged equipment and anything not in perfect working order. Any dents or scratches to the hull must be clearly highlighted. RVF reserves the right to seek reimbursement from the Lessee for any inconveniences related to abandonment of the boat during the cruise. In the event of late return, RVF will charge a half-day or full rental fee. It is recommended that you return to the base for an overnight stay the evening before. 9. Rules for using the vessel. Adequate information and adequate operating and navigation instructions (including practical instructions) will be provided by RVF before setting sail. The Lessee must comply with the regulations for inland and coastal navigation, as well as any instructions issued by the Lessor or competent authorities. The following are prohibited: overnight stays at sea, night navigation; towing or hauling; subleasing and lending; anchoring in canals, docking in unauthorized places, and on piers reserved for public transport; navigation in bad weather; navigation in the Grand Canal, the internal canals of Venice, Giudecca, Murano, Burano, Torcello, and the Lido. 10.
