La mia idea è che ai clienti non vada offerto un prodotto ma regalata un’emozione, un’esperienza di vita che rimanga nel tempo. Per questo motivo i passeggeri che accoglierò a bordo delle mie barche, non saranno accolti come semplici turisti ma da veri e propri amici.
