NAVIGATION LICENSE REQUIRED In accordance with Portuguese law, the driver must produce a valid NAVIGATION LICENSE to drive a Jet Ski or a boat. Failing to produce a valid NAVIGATION LICENSE will result in cancellation of the rental without refund.
