IMPORTANT INFORMATION Maximum authorized capacity: - For day charters: 12 passengers + crew. Up to 17 people are possible with a tender at an additional cost depending on the rental hours. For groups larger than 12 people… NOTE!! More passengers are possible upon request for larger groups, up to 20 passengers. We offer two tenders that sail and anchor together. Personalized rates are available, or we can offer the other boat in our fleet, an Astondoa 50 Fly, for an additional 12 people. Tender: 2 hours… €200 Tender: 4 hours… €350 Tender: 8 hours… €480 Payment is due on the day of rental on board the boat, in cash or by card. **Included in the price:** - Skipper and crew. - Fuel at a cruising speed of 8 to 10 knots. - Welcome drinks, snacks, and ice for everyone (minimum per person). - Paddleboard. - Snorkeling mask. - Play your own music on our onboard sound system connected via Bluetooth. There is also a USB port for charging your phone or connecting other electronic devices. ***You also have the option of bringing your own food and drinks on board at no extra cost. - 2 HOURS (MAX 8 MILES) - 4 HOURS (MAX 15 MILES) - 8 HOURS (MAX 30 MILES) **NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE** - Ports other than Marbella Marina. - Speeds exceeding 8-9 knots. - Access to the forward and aft cabins. Only access to the saloon and bathroom is included in the price. We also offer the option to rent from the boat: 1 hour Jet Ski €250 1 hour Donut or Wakeboard Activity €250 (No license required) Certified instructor on board. Fishing rods available upon request and at no extra cost. **Half day corresponds to 4 hours and full day to 8 hours...** 2-hour rentals available upon request.... **Half day hours: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM** **Full day hours: Flexible, with a maximum port entry time of 7:30 PM. The excursion lasts 10 hours and costs 5500 (all-inclusive). ******THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT READ ALL OF THIS AND THEN REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH ANY CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN ON BOARD*** Cancellation Policy: If weather conditions prevent the excursion from taking place and we cannot find an alternative date, we will refund all amounts paid in advance. Adverse weather conditions are those that prevent the boat from leaving the port or that prevent the excursion from being carried out safely and comfortably for our clients. Due to constantly changing weather conditions, we cannot make a final decision until 1 hour before the start of the excursion. Under no circumstances can the excursion be shortened once it has started, and this will result in a reduction of the price. If the customer approves a date change but then decides to cancel, the amount paid will no longer be refunded. The company is not obligated to make further date changes unless due to weather conditions. If the customer arrives late for their reservation, the company is not obligated to grant them extra time. However, if the customer is unable to leave at their scheduled time due to company reasons, the company will compensate them by offering additional time.
