Extremely seaworthy RIB with berth in Blankenberge.
Year of construction 2022.
Equipped with 12 jockey seats + 2 suspension seats for the skipper.
2 x Yamaha 200hp - max. 75km/h
Offered only with a professional skipper.
Life jackets are provided for all passengers.
Max. 12 passengers for a comfortable trip.
No diving trips or fishing.
Fuel consumption is billed separately after the trip. Consumption: approx. 50 l/h at cruising speed (40 km/h), but this depends on the weather and speed.
A customized itinerary is worked out in consultation with the experienced skipper. Unfortunately, food and drinks cannot be consumed on board; however, we can provide sufficient stops for food & drinks at local hospitality venues during every trip. Below you will find a few examples for inspiration. Possible half-day itineraries:
1/ Seal spotting in Breskens: Blankenberge - Breskens (Hooge Platen) - Vlissingen - Cadzand - Blankenberge
2/ Thorntonbank Wind Farm: Blankenberge - 3rd wind farm 30km out at sea - Zeebrugge Port visit - Blankenberge
3/ Belgian coastline and 4 ports: Blankenberge - Zeebrugge Port - Ostend Port - Nieuwpoort Port - Blankenberge
*For a half-day trip, it is best to budget for a fuel supplement of 150-200 liters of petrol. Possible 1-day routes:
1/ Oosterschelde tour: Blankenberge - via sea to Neeltje Jans lock into the Oosterschelde - Zierikzee - seal spotting at Kats - under the Zeeland Bridge - Wemeldinge - Yerseke - via Hansweert lock to the Westerschelde - via Terneuzen, Breskens, Cadzand and Zeebrugge back to Blankenberge
2/ Oesterdam Resort: Blankenberge - via sea to Neeltje Jans lock into the Oosterschelde - under the Zeeland Bridge - via Bersediepsluis to Oesterdam Resort (Tholen) - Oosterschelde - via Hansweert lock to the Westerschelde - via Terneuzen, Breskens, Cadzand and Zeebrugge back to Blankenberge
3/ Combination of 2 half-day trips
*For a 1-day trip, it is best to budget for a fuel supplement of 300-400 liters of petrol. We charge a supplement of €195 for each extra hour beyond the offer of half a day or one day.
Since we are dependent on the weather on the capricious North Sea, the trip may have to be postponed. We can usually only give a definitive answer 4 days in advance.
