    This was without a doubt the best day of our entire trip! Renting a boat in Sorrento and exploring the Amalfi Coast on our own was a dream come true. The process was easy, smooth, and absolutely stress-free – no skipper, no license needed – just pure freedom on the water. We cruised all the way to Amalfi, passed by the breathtaking cliffs of Positano, and even had the option to head toward Capri. Positano was especially magical – like a postcard come to life! Swimming in crystal-clear waters, finding quiet coves, and taking in the coastline from the sea was an experience we’ll never forget. But what truly made it special were the people: Francesco, our main contact, was the kindest and most helpful person you could ask for – truly a gem. He made us feel welcome and supported throughout. And the gentleman who handed over the boat was not only super friendly and funny, but also gave us great tips and tricks to make the most of the trip. You could tell they both love what they do, and that made all the difference. This wasn’t just a rental – it was a perfect experience from start to finish. 10/10 – we would do it again in a heartbeat! Highly, highly recommended!

    We had a fabulous day on the water sailing to Capri and back. The boat was so easy to use, great for us without a license. Communication was good and easy. We had to cut our day short due to poor weather but were given a partial refund. We did end up having to pay to replace the anchor as it was not attached to the boat - take care to secure yours first! Have recommended to friends and feel this boat was great value for money.

    Myself and 4 friends hired this boat to take along the Amalfi Coast. It was a really nice boat and affordable. The weather conditions were not optimal however the boat handled the swell really well. I only recommend hiring the boat without a skipper if you have nautical experience as it is a very busy coast. On our return home we ran out of fuel and thankfully Francesco’s team were super helpful. They came out and brought us fuel as well as drove us back in on a different boat which was lovely on them. Thank you very much once again.

    Fantastic day on Francesco‘a boat. We hired without a skipper, it was very easy to pilot the boat. Brilliant day travelling the coast from Sorrento to Positano. Lots of fun and and chill out time swimming. Vincenzo was really easy to communicate with, before and during our trip. Highly recommend for a fun day out while in Sorrento.

    BEWARE RENT HERE! I made the reservation in February 2024, with the intention of renting the boat without a skipper. Firstly because the advertisement allowed it ("without a license and without a skipper", and secondly because I have a pleasure boat skipper's license, and some sailing experience. As soon as I made the reservation, Francesco told me to be careful if I didn't know how to sail. because they wouldn't give me the boat and I would lose the money. I insisted that I wanted the boat and that I even had a license and some experience. 10 days before the rental on July 11, a certain Rita, who introduced herself as Franceso's partner, sent me. a WhatsApp saying again that I couldn't go to the island of Capri alone and that I had to bring a skipper. Although I didn't agree, I told them not to worry that I wouldn't go to the island and would go alone along the coast. my wife and my daughters (a 4 year old) and I didn't want any problems. They answered that I still needed a skipper (which didn't make sense) and again he insisted (threatened) not to give me the boat and I would lose the money. to cancel the reservation but I would lose 80 EUR, so I accepted the skipper. They told me it was 180 EUR (including gas, regardless of the route) and that I had to pay it in cash. That's what I did and they didn't even give me an invoice, of course. We went with the skipper to different beaches, we stopped to eat and when we returned I asked him to leave my wife and daughters in Marina du Puolo and I would only go to Sorrento, because my 4-year-old daughter was tired and very hot. Both piers are separated by just 5 minutes by sea and about 40 minutes by road, and there was still almost 1 hour left until the end of the day. Although the skipper accepted, a few minutes later he told me that they would not let him and that if I wanted to disembark, I had to pay even more money, even though the authority does not charge anything for those types of stops. And all of this despite us being bathing a few meters from the beach, they did not let my wife and daughters get closer to the dock in the boat where we had our cell phones and clothes.     What was advertised, and what was delivered, was not what we expected, or paid for. The advertised Ithaca 550 2022 boat, and inclusions, was not what we received. Its more like a bait and switch. The advert posted when we research option listed many inclusions like GPS/sounder, snorkeling gear, fridge, ect. None of which was on the boat supplied. Instead, we received another boat that was older, with a more basic equipment setup. And in average condition. One appeal of the advert was the pay as you go fuel based on consumption on return. We expected that to mean we get back to base, top it back up, and pay for the fuel used. Or, maybe even have a fuel consumption meter to refer to. If not at least a fuel gauge on the dashboard. Even a tank gauge would have been good. But we had no way to measure what we had used, or had left in the tank. Be it a little, or a lot. But that's not how it works. They nominate a fixed fee for your intended destination. Regardless of your consumption. This was to be paid on return to base. I would rather they be upfront with the fixed fee fuel expectation for each destination plan. That way we can make an informed decision before booking. Many others do it that way. At the end of the day, we made it to Capri on an amazing weather day. Explored lots of amazing spots. Which was great. We just didn't appreciate the bait and switch approach of the advertised boat and flexible fuel plan. Only to have to accept a lesser, more basic boat in less than advertised condition. So that took the shine off the day as a whole.

    We actually had a different boat as the one booked needed maintenance, but the one we got was bigger and really nice! Very happy with the boat and Tobia, our skipper, was great! We walked around positano for an hour and i have to say i am very pleased we travelled by private boat and were able to see it from the sea as its very crowded and much more relaxing by boat! Would recommend booking

We had booked the boat for Wednesday, due to allegedly bad weather conditions (which we could not make out) we were offered the boat for Friday. Then on Thursday the news that it would be better on Sunday. After a short communication we were able to book the boat for Friday. The boat was in good condition, everything else was absolutely unsatisfactory. We had booked the whole day (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. according to the website), but according to the landlord, we should be back in the port by 5 p.m. to fill up. From 2pm we got messages and video calls every 10 minutes telling us to come back immediately as the sky was deteriorating. The sea was calm, normal waves, veil clouds in the sky and 23 degrees. We therefore broke off our visit to Capri and were back at the port of departure at 4 p.m. After a quick look in the tank, it was said that the fuel would cost us €80 and that we should pay the landlord right away because the gas station was already closed (how arbitrary is this information???). We paid 65€ for the fuel and we didn't get our 2 lost hours refunded. The parking ticket for the car cost another 5€, which was initially not mentioned. Gladly again a boat in this coastal region, but no longer with this landlord!
