    Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, with several significant discrepancies between the advertised service and the actual service provided. First, the boat provided was not the one we had booked. While it was a similar size, it was considerably older and less powerful: 400 hp compared to the 500 hp of the boat we had reserved. The stated reason was a problem with the automatic anchor of the originally booked boat. However, we saw the same boat return later that day with other customers, which naturally casts doubt on the explanation we were given. Furthermore, the boat was not clean upon our arrival: used cans and cups were still in the lockers. Another disappointment: no masks or snorkels were available, even though snorkeling equipment was clearly advertised in the offer. The onboarding process was also far too rushed. The explanations on how the boat worked, the safety instructions, and the various dive sites to explore were crammed into just a few minutes. For a boat rental, especially in an unfamiliar area, we found the level of support and safety clearly inadequate. Furthermore, we were asked to return the boat with a full tank of fuel. However, after only a few minutes of sailing, we realized that the boat had not been delivered with a full tank, contrary to what we had been told. If we hadn't noticed this quickly, we would have paid €190 that was used by another customer. The only positive point is that the rental company eventually agreed to give us a discount and was open to discussion. We appreciated this gesture, although we would have found it much more commendable if the rental company had proactively taken the initiative, given the accumulation of these various problems. In short, the service did not meet the expected level of service for the price and the advertised offer. I hope these comments will allow the rental company to improve boat inspections, pre-rental preparation, and especially the welcome and safety explanations.

    We had a fantastic day. We received a perfect welcome. The boat was clean and ready with a cooler filled with drinks (included). Because we also had some canned drinks, they arranged an extra cooler with ice. The boat sailed wonderfully, and Formentera never disappoints. When we returned, everything was handled smoothly and friendly. If we need a boat again, we'll call Pina again!

    We did like the boat but it was not the boat we booked. They gave us a paddle board to compensate the change of boat and told us it was the exact same boat but different colours. This was not true unfortunately. The boat we booked came in to park as we were departing and it was much bigger and have sun decks at front and back while ours only had front… disappointed as no money was offered back for the downgrade and when we asked at the end about why we were told it was the same boat, we were told “I don’t know” and nothing else. Great boat but the money we paid was for the boat we booked hence the disappointment.
