The boat was in extremely poor condition. The ladder was broken with several cracks, and there was no usable way to climb back into the boat from the water. The mattresses and other equipment were also damaged. Communication with the provider was very poor, with waiting times of more than a week for responses, and the tour did not start on time (over 15 minutes late). Lost items thrown away without any info. On top of it: The boat was throttled so we were driving with a speed of a 5 HP no license boat. The captain and co-pilot, however, were friendly.

We booked a Sea Ray 420 for half a day, and this was confirmed. However, the boat wasn't a Sea Ray 420, but a Ferretti. The rotor was also broken at the end of the trip. The crew on board was nice and friendly. It's just annoying that you get a different boat than the one you booked. When I asked about the trip at the rental company's office, I was told that it was due to the time of day and the half-day booking, but we weren't informed of this beforehand.
