Departure is at 9 a.m. (or on Sundays, subject to availability) from Les Marines de Cogolin, with free private parking. Once on board, your skipper will quickly take you to the iconic headlands of the Var coast: Cap Camarat and Cap Taillat. While anchored, you will be introduced to relaxation and breathing exercises to prepare your body and mind for freediving.

Moored in a protected cove, surrounded by a wild Mediterranean setting. Accompanied by a top-level competitive instructor, you will safely discover cable descent techniques. Still with Alexis, you'll enjoy freediving and snorkeling sessions in crystal-clear waters, surrounded by fish and breathtaking underwater landscapes.

Between dives, you'll enjoy the boat's amenities: towels, shower, cold drinks, paddleboards (upon request). 🌊 Navigation to Cap Camarat – Breathing & Relaxation Exercise
During your trip, enjoy a guided breathing and relaxation session to optimize your performance. Mental and physical preparation for freediving is provided using techniques used by champions.
Anchoring in a Preserved Cove – Supervised Cable Descent
Once anchored, you begin your supervised descents on the cable in complete safety. The instructor will guide you through each step, regardless of your level. Thrills are guaranteed in a reassuring setting.
Freediving & Snorkeling – Swimming with Fish
Explore the seabed while snorkeling, swim among the fish, admire the seagrass beds, rocks, and underwater light displays. Far from the noise, you'll be fully immersed in the moment.
