    The boat was comfortable and the crew were great.  There were two issues however.    After coming out of the harbor at 5-8mph, and continuing at that speed for 10 mins, I said to the capitan, let's get it up on plane, and the captain said the owner didn't want them to drive fast.  I said that's ridiculous, it's a speed boat.  He agreed and got it up to about 20mph, but after a while, brought it back down to about 10mph.  If we wanted to cruise at 10mph, we could have charted a sailboat.   The other issue is that we booked from 10:00a-3:30p, but the crew was told to finish at 1:30pm. I showed them the agreement for  10:00a-3:30p, and later the manager called and said he made a mistake but the price we paid was correct for 10:00a- 1:30pm.  I said, NO, we made and agreement for  10:00a-3:30p and that was the correct price.  He said we had to come in at 1:30p and come into the office after and we can talk about it.  I said we will stay on the boat until 3:30p or get a full refund. He said he'd talk to his boss. He called back and said OK, we'll give you a refund. But asked for my bank information so they could wire the money. I said no, just credit my credit card.  He asked for bank info again and I said I'm not giving my bank information, and we're not getting off the boat until I get confirmation that my card has been credited.  Then he said OK, you can stay on until 3:30p.  Very uncomfortable situation.
