Fresh, shucked Thau oysters on ice, served with lemon.

Homemade, golden, and flavorful Sète-style tielles (a type of savory pie).

At the Bar: The choice is yours! 🍾
Select the bottle that will accompany your group:

Vineyard Option: 1 bottle of chilled white or rosé wine (the perfect pairing with oysters!).

Sparkling Option: 1 bottle of Champagne to celebrate the moment.

For those who are thirsty, don't worry: you can order additional bottles directly on board!

An extraordinary sunset spot, where time seems to stand still. We savored the aperitif carefully prepared by Louis, a presentation he clearly put his heart into, something he rarely does.
