    The owner did not disclose the details about boat transfer rules and it ruined the day for 6 of my friends stuck on another boat. The truth is I asked if they could transfer in front of the W hotel and she conveniently did not respond to my question. ------------------------------------------------ Owner's response: "Hello Elmond, Thanks for your comment. We have been offering our best service for years and we are very surprised by your review. We answered all your questions and even some about the other boat you booked (which was not ours). That for some reason the companions who went to the other boat did not feel comfortable there is not something that is our responsibility.     We had a great few hours on this boat. Esther was a fantastic host, very attentive and made sure we all had a great time. One of our group experienced sea sickness and both Esther and Steve were on hand right away to help them out. Would book again!
