Rib charter in Lefkas

There are many different factors that affect the price of Lefkada RIBs.  A few of these include the size and model of the RIB, the number of people, the duration of your RIB rental and the season.  In general though, you should expect to pay at least €281 per day and €1966 per week in high season, or just €169 per day and €1180 per week in low season. 

Yes, it is possible to rent a RIB in Lefkada either with or without a skipper.  However, if you want to rent without a skipper, you must make sure you have the appropriate boating licence and insurance.  If you want to rent with a skipper, you should be prepared to pay at least another €79 per day. 

Renting with a skipper is perfect for people who want to relax on their holiday and leave the technical aspects of sailing to a professional.  However, being the captain of your own boat is perfect for people with a little more experience who want a vacation filled with adventure.

Boasting a Mediterranean climate, you can expect hot, sunny summers, but also winters which tend to be a bit rainier and colder.  Yearly temperatures will range from 9.5-26°C (49-79°F) and you should expect the most rain and wind in November and December respectively.

Like the price, this depends on a multitude of factors.  If you want to go to the beach and take part in a number of aquatic and nautical activities, the summer months are best, with amazing weather, very little rain, and optimal wind conditions.  However, with the fantastic weather, comes floods of tourists and sometimes extortionate boat prices.   

For RIB rentals, we wouldn’t recommend going in the winter, as RIBs typically offer less shelter than most other types of boat, meaning that you could get very cold and wet if the weather isn’t ideal.  However, renting a RIB in Lefkada at the beginning of autumn or the end of spring is a fantastic idea for those hoping to escape the tourists or who simply aren’t keen on the heat and these seasons also offer the best weather for exploring.
