Hello and welcome, EVJF - EVG - Team buildings companies - Events - Fashion, cinema - TV photo shoots. I suggest you embark for day trips only on this superb Schooner. It would be my great pleasure to welcome you on the schooner Antarès, a legendary old rigging (1945) in wood of 20 m, classified as a boat of heritage interest since 2012. Mandatory regulatory rental conditions: Antarès is rented in bareboat mode, boat alone. It must be the subject of a specific bareboat rental contract signed before departure. The prices displayed do not include fuel (count on approximately €200/day) or the professional skipper (captain 200 certified sail required), the latter being billed €360 per day. He must also provide you with a provision contract that you must sign before departure. You pay the salary directly to the skipper on the day of your rental. Antarès consists of 3 cabins, 1 bathroom (with bathtub!!), fully equipped kitchen. The deck has a surface area of approximately 80 square meters. This is really the strong point of Antarès because it is very spacious, even for 20 people. It is very safe for children because its sides (ports) raised and especially closed, prevent a child from rolling overboard in the event of a fall. In the center of the boat, still on the deck, you have the roof with a surface area of 16 square meters (4x4). This is the center of life on which you can put your lunch and gather around. It can also accommodate a music group (see photo Stopover in Sète in photo file). Finally, it is the children's favorite boat because it looks like a pirate ship. (They are the ones who say so!). This comfortable sailboat welcomes you for a family day of pleasure. You can discover the magic of gaff sailing (old-fashioned) with, for those interested, participation in the sail maneuvers (even children can hoist the jib and staysail!). The outings can be focused on fishing, swimming (2 paddles available) or sailing depending on your choices. The boat can accommodate 20 people for the day (plus crew). Catering is not provided. Everyone brings their own picnic (fridges available). The kitchen is available. No barbecue or grills on board because it is dangerous on a wooden boat!! During the day, depending on the weather, you can visit the Old Port, the Frioul Islands, or sail along the Côte Bleue (Carry le Rouet, Carro - the beach where Camping Paradis was filmed...). The departure is from Port Corbières to l'Estaque (west side of Marseille - direct access via Fos or Marignane). The port is private and the parking is provided and above all secure (access code, video surveillance, guard). The safety equipment is on board, vests, flares, survival. The captain reserves the right to cancel a sea trip due to bad weather. ACCESS: The bus line 35 (one of the most beautiful) is 5 minutes walk from the port. It takes you to the heart of Marseille, old port, museums ... The small train station of l'Estaque is 5 minutes by car (Train de la Côte Bleue). The St Charles train station is 20 minutes away (metro + bus) The Marseille-Marignane airport is 20 minutes away. ENVIRONMENT - SUSTAINABILITY: ANTARES was born in 1945... 80 years already, and yet it has never been so in tune with the times. All in wood, ANTARES is THE type of sustainable ship par excellence! The proof is that it is still there, dashing, with a beauty that makes it unique and without a wrinkle. Normal, here it is not plastic and endocrine disruptors that dominate, but a noble and living material that can be recycled and replaced, oak, ash, teak, mahogany, Oregon pine. And finally, a wooden boat is rinsed with sea water, only! Thank you for the environment! Looking forward to meeting you! Eric
