Rohan is a perfect place to start a holiday. A small town with all the provisions you need and safe parking for your car. Ready for cruising the Nantes Brest Canal to Josselin, Malestroit and beyond. Showerss and washing machines are available at the camp site 50 m from the port.

We had a wonderful time on "Anna" as we (a group of five) went from Hennebont to St. Nicolas and back along the Blavet. Tanguy, who gave us the instructions, is very friendly and knows the boat well. Be sure to ask all you want to know during the instructions. When we had a small technical issue, Simon, the owner, came and fixed it with us. He's very friendly, too.
"Anna" is an older boat with a very fine flair and few visible marks of age. We found it very comfortable and the kitchen _very_complete.
The fridge on this boat is powered by electricity, not gas, so you have to turn it off overnight or nmoore overnigth at a place with electricity (which we never did because we like to stay at more natural places if possible).
Some information about the river:
Along the Blavet you can stay overnight at pontons before and after each lock and at a few other places, but not everywhere.
The lockkeepers come by car and work from 9-12 and 14-19 and are very friendly and flexible. Tanguy will arrange a meeting time with them for the first day, then you arrange direcly day by day. Shopping is scarce along the Blavet, so stcok in Hennebont or Lochrist. In some campings along the river you can order bakery-stuff for next morning.
