Experience the breathtaking scenery of the Capo Milazzo Marine Protected Area during this unforgettable full-day boat cruise departing from Milazzo or Poseidon Port. This excursion allows you to explore one of the most fascinating coastal environments in Sicily, where steep cliffs, hidden caves, and turquoise waters create a spectacular natural landscape.

After leaving the harbor, the boat begins its journey along the dramatic coastline toward Croce di Mare, offering stunning views of Capo Milazzo from the sea. The first highlight is Punta Rugno, a well-known diving location famous for the record-breaking freedive achieved here in 1991 by Pipin.

Continuing along the coast, you will reach Punta Grottazze, also known as the legendary Golden Cave, a place surrounded by stories of treasure hidden during the Spanish siege of Milazzo Castle centuries ago.

The cruise then reveals the beautiful Baia della Rinella, where the clear water and light seabed create incredible shades of blue. Nearby stands the unique rock formation of Punta Gamba di Donna, named after its resemblance to a woman’s leg, as well as the unusual Scoglio della Portella, also called the Artichoke Rock.

A highlight of the day is a swimming stop at the stunning Sant’Antonio Bay, located beneath a small church carved directly into the rock. Later, the tour continues to the spectacular Blue Lagoon, where you can enjoy another refreshing swim in calm turquoise waters.

Before returning to Milazzo, you will also admire the impressive Milazzo Castle, overlooking the sea from its historic hilltop.

    The day was amazing, the captain and host were terrific. There was some miscommunication on my request for food and drinks that didn’t come and were only told when we arrived. It was a little annoying but the day was made up for by the captain and host.
