⭐ 1/5 – A disappointing and misleading experience! This was a disastrous trip, completely different from what we were promised. The transfer from the port to the boat took 40 minutes – time that was unfairly taken out of our paid 4-hour tour. We were promised beautiful landscapes around Pollenca, but we saw absolutely nothing worth mentioning. Worse, after nearly an hour of sailing, we ended up in a protected seaweed area, where the police immediately approached us and told us we were breaking local regulations. As tourists, we relied on the company to ensure a legal and safe trip – this was not our responsibility. The boat was also dirty and poorly maintained, which only added to the negative experience. Our children were bored and disappointed, although we were clearly told this would be a family-friendly activity. Not true at all. To make matters worse, before departure we were forced to sign a contract written only in Spanish, with no explanation – something I consider highly unprofessional and dishonest. The skipper tried his best to save the situation, but he had clearly not been informed about what was promised to us when we booked. I have photos and videos of everything in case somebody wants to see. 1000 euro for 4 hours. Waste of time and money! Never again! I also have messages from the owner saying that there are spectacular views in Port Pollenca. Where are they? Haven't t seen any! ⚠️ I do not recommend this company. Poor organization, false promises, and unclean conditions. Look elsewhere if you want to enjoy your time on the water.

Good boat. However, no recommendation: - Captain ok, but did not offer to visit many places and slept ca. 3hours during the trip. Even had to take the SUP Board back to the boat by ourselves without help. - No Spot in the Harbour. Had to take a very small, old boat to the actual boat. My girlfriend got hurt a bit when entering the boat. - 8 Pages Contract in Spanish requested to sign (did not do that).
