We tried to tell him a couple of things, and all we got in response was, "Let's calm down, I was pretty flexible." This comment was made because we had to change the boat during the day due to weather, despite having taken out the change insurance. One of the comments was about the ladder. They offer a service like a boat, with a broken ladder, which you can't climb when you jump into the water. I wouldn't repeat the experience even if I were joking, especially considering what he charged us.

We called Juan, the host, and he told us he wouldn't be showing up. When we complained about the advertised listing, he decided not to rent the boat to us, leaving us stranded despite having paid for it months in advance. Julián, the person at the pier, was very kind and tried to help us, but the host's handling was terrible and unprofessional. We do not recommend it.

    The communication and welcome were very good, but when we boarded the boat, it wasn't the one we had previously booked. It was older, and the ladder was in poor condition, so I destroyed my foot trying to get into the water. When I mentioned it back, they told us the problem was with the manufacturer and that they weren't designed to hold more than 30 kilos... so only a child could use it? I didn't expect an apology, but I did expect at least someone to ask if I was okay or help me get out of the boat. It certainly wasn't the best experience, and it was more expensive than other similar boats in the area.
