    5 Stars – An Unforgettable Christmas Experience We had an absolutely incredible Christmas aboard the Sunseeker Predator 63 with our two kids. From start to finish, the experience was magical! The yacht itself was stunning—spacious, luxurious, and perfectly suited for a family adventure.     Unfortunately the company is not very helpful in situations like Covid. We booked the boat for 6 people and after 1 day 3 people who worked together got the information that they had Covid and therefore could not attend the trip. We wanted to cancel the whole trip and expected a refund as it was not even 24h after confirmation. The owner and representative made us wait several weeks without confirming the cancelation. In the end we got back 1/4 of the charter price which is absolutely unacceptable. We informed the company immediately and still we got fooled around. They could have easily sold the boat for another client if they just would have cancelled our booking immediately. Especially in this kind of situation I expect a more accurate way to handle this. Otherwise it is a rip off. I can not recommend this company to anyone, as changes are handled with absolute delay and not in a customer friendly way. Professionalism is something else. Never again!
