Perfect service and flexibility: we needed to change the day of our sailing due to our young son's fever, and both Julián and Pilar found a double solution so we could finally enjoy a day on a boat in Formentera. We found a cooler with ice and complimentary drinks on board, and received precise directions to the boat's location, where to park, and they offered to make restaurant reservations on our behalf if needed.
