    Unfortunately, the worst experience we have had in Formentera and we have been going every summer for 20 years. They take advantage of a platform like this, to rent boats from an external company, providing negligent service, putting those of us who rent the boat and the island's sailors in danger. This adds up to an arrogant treatment, lack of respect with children present. All this is already in the hands of the competent authorities, but in summary: - Lack of a gasoline sensor, nor the ability to open their cans. - No type of control over the aeronautical permits required to drive said vessels. - Lack of vests saved on the boats in case of any incident. - Lack of man overboard installation in both boats connected to the ignition key. - Denial of rescue service by the company when it reported that one of the boats was adrift. All this, in the middle of August, adrift at the Espalmador crossing, with children of 5 and 6 years old. an impressive boat traffic and the denial of help to tow us to port, due to their error, or intentional, of not fully loading the gasoline cans, nor having their sensors in operation. Caused ships to be stranded on the high seas.

When we removed the mats, we found potatoes and other remains of food underneath, along with a large amount of sand. Come on, I had to clean the boat myself, disassembling the mats and passing the hose. When commenting on the delivery of the boat, the girl at the reception put on a poker face. And that we are not in high season, I do not want to think about how the boats will be delivered on August 15. The awning of the boat is not effective and you have to remove it for each trip, it is not one of those that folds, you have to install it.
