Diesel fuel is included for navigation. Any diesel consumption beyond this amount is charged separately.

1. Any delay on the part of the renter will be deducted from the contracted time.
2. Diving is only permitted when the boat is docked with the
engines turned off and after the captain has given authorization. It is prohibited
to dive beneath the vessel.
3. The renter assumes full responsibility for themselves and their
guests, for any losses or damages resulting from negligent,
reckless, or improper use of the vessel.
4. In the event of an accident, whether intentional or not, caused by the renter
or any guest, the renter will bear the costs of
repairs or the amount of the insurance policy.
5. In the event of a fight among guests or an argument with the
crew, the boat will return to the marina, canceling the tour, and the
renter will automatically forfeit the credit.
6. It is prohibited to board with weapons of any kind or illegal
substances; the tour will be canceled immediately, and the credit will be forfeited; the
decision will be at the discretion of the boat’s captain.
7. Life jackets are mandatory for children throughout the trip (the
boat provides life jackets for 10% of its total capacity for
children); please notify us in advance of the number of
children to ensure there are enough children’s life jackets.
8. Moving around the
boat is prohibited while it is underway.
9. You may only board without shoes.

items
