A scam!!! We arrived at the agreed time and they told us the boat keys had been "stolen." But the boat was still there! Someone went to get another copy of the keys and said they'd be back in 30-40 minutes. We returned 45 minutes later, and there was no sign of the keys or the person who went to get them. They told us to cancel and that they would take care of the refund. I can't cancel because the reservation has already started. They said they would handle the refund. I'm still waiting.

Everything was fine. The ladder for getting back onto the boat from the water was a bit broken. The sunshade was a little unstable. Otherwise, everything was great. Communication was a bit difficult because the owner only understood and spoke a little English, but we managed to make ourselves understood somehow. ???
