Setting sail from Mola di Bari, the journey winds along the coast to the Abbey of San Vito, an ancient complex overlooking the sea with its characteristic harbor, a place that seems to have stood still in time. From here, we reach Polignano a Mare, one of the most beautiful seaside villages in Puglia, sailing beneath the famous terraces of the historic center to admire its spectacular cliffs overlooking the water and the caves that open along the coast, visible in all their grandeur directly from the boat.

The most anticipated moment of the day is on the route: a stop at one of the stretches of sea that locals call "the pools," where the water takes on a unique emerald green hue, perfect for a refreshing dip away from the crowds.
