Initial booking communication was very good but once we had made the booking it became poor. We hired this boat with a skipper for the day, and in the days leading up to the booking I messaged three times asking for basic information about where to meet on the day etc. I got read receipts on these messages via ClicknBoat as well as WhatsApp but no response until the very last minute late in the evening before our booking, which contained very little information and no acknowledgement of the poor communication. Arrived at the dock to find they were not expecting us. The man on the dock had no information about our booking. The company had not arranged the skipper we had booked weeks previously and we were told there was not availability for our booking for the day. Very poor. After a mad scramble the guide on the dock, Adrian, kindly agreed to take us out as I think he felt sorry for us (we had four kids with us who were clearly excited for the day). He had another booking later that day that he was supposed to be back for but told us he would find someone to cover it. He did his best to turn around what was an unpleasant and unprofessional booking experience. He was friendly throughout the day, accommodated a slower pace for one of our children who was a bit scared, and took us to some lovely spots. We were grateful to him for making the day happen despite the very poor customer service before then. Whilst Adrian did his best and we thank him for that I would not recommend booking with this company as their customer service and booking experience was very poor. There were plenty of other providers on the dock offering the same service who seemed much more organised and customer focused.
