I regularly rent boats, and this is unfortunately the first time I've had such a disappointing experience. First of all, the reservation date indicated and confirmed on the website was not honored. The agency contacted me directly, outside of the platform, to force me to change the date. On the day of the rental, none of the services were commensurate with the price paid: no drinks on board, not even a bottle of water, despite the presence of children. No towels were provided; we eventually found dirty towels on board and, having no other option, we had to use them. The agency also called me three times to request an additional charge for fuel, without ever providing a clear explanation of the amounts being requested. The rental was advertised from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We were only picked up at 10:00 AM and returned to the port at 5:30 PM, meaning only 7.5 hours of sailing instead of the 9 hours scheduled. Finally, the Seabob, which was one of the included amenities, didn't work. Considering the price, this service is far from adequate. It's a real disappointment. I do not recommend this agency, especially since there are many much more reputable alternatives. For someone who regularly rents boats, this is by far the worst experience I've ever had.
