    First of all, I rented this 63-foot yacht, and on boarding day a 50-foot yacht shows up. Without understanding, we had no choice and went the same way. I didn't receive notice from Arnauld via WhatsApp, I also didn't receive notice via Click&Boat, they simply sent me an email from Arnauld's company, not from Click&Boat, which I only found after the day of the cruise, warning me that it wouldn't be the hired boat and Yes, I'm not in the habit of checking emails and our communication was always via Click&Boat or WhatsApp, I didn't understand why they sent an email to inform me of such an important change. That said, the amount is lower than what I already paid, and so far I have not been refunded the difference in value. I would like to know when it will be refunded, as it has already been a month. The value of the difference is around 1,100
