We asked about the sea conditions the day before, and he said they would be fine until 5 pm, after which they would worsen. As soon as we left the port at 10:30 am, the sea conditions were not what we expected, as there was already a lot of swell and wind. Had we known, we would have chosen a different day, as we are beginners and the experience would have been much more enjoyable. Communication via WhatsApp was very limited; he only resolved issues with a simple copy and paste. The only positive thing we appreciated was the service provided by the young man who handed over and picked up the boat.
