About the experience

Our beautiful motorboat Speedy 540 with Mercury 100 HP is waiting for you in Murter! Enjoy the beautiful Murter archipelago. You can visit the islands nearby or our famous national park Kornati Islands and spend the day swimming and enjoying nature.

***A valid nautical motor boat licence and experience is required, without those two we will not rent the boat to you. If you don't have those you can hire our skipper for an additional cost of 100 EUR/day.***

In peak season July 16th to August 20th minimal rental period is 3 days.

Price of fuel is not included in the price!

Security deposit (300EUR) it paid at the harbor on the rental date in cash.

A maximum of 7 people can be on board.

*10% discount for minimum 7 days rental

    Received a nice welcome from the company. Had rented the boat for 9 hours with a skipper. The skipper expressed dissatisfaction that we were 6 people on the chosen boat – despite the boat being rated for 7 people and us having asked beforehand if it was suitable – 4 children and 2 adults. The boat was missing the rear seat cushion, so comfort was not optimal. The storage compartment for personal items had a strong smell of gasoline. The skipper mainly sailed to places where he could get coffee and sit and work on his computer. We had to find the beaches we wanted to visit ourselves – he only chose places where he had errands. Would not recommend the skipper.

    The process went very well and Ines was very friendly. The condition of the boat, however, was not satisfactory. It was immediately apparent that some kitchen paper was stuck under the steering wheel. During the briefing, we were told that this was normal because some hydraulic oil had leaked out. Unfortunately, when we were driving, we discovered that the oil was constantly running out of the steering. This meant that the floor was very slippery after a while. That's not really acceptable. When I asked a less than motivated employee about it, he gave me a roll of kitchen paper and a bottle of cleaning agent. I should just clean it from time to time and that would be it. The second problem was the throttle lever. It was very, very stiff and the lock didn't work either. After 2 days, half of the lever fell apart while we were driving, including the cable. When I asked the less than motivated employee about it, he just said in an annoyed manner that that's just how it is with rent a boat and attached a hose clamp to the handle so that it couldn't fall apart again. This logically meant that the lever was now even more difficult to operate as it was now caught on the bracket on the console. Last but not least, the front bed. This could only be used partially as the bracket for the additional bed had broken off and was therefore unusable. As I said, nice contact, good handling but the boat was unfortunately in a bad condition. This needs to be improved.
