I paid 17000 for the boat including the security deposit. The second that I boarded the boat, the owner required another 3300 dollar security deposit. The entire boat SMELLED LIKE AN EXTREMELY STRONG SMELL OF GAS!! There was a gas leak and it was blowing from the engine room in through the vents. The captain sprayed bottles of deodorizer into the vents to help mitigate the smell. The gas in the air gave my wife and I sore throats for the few hours that we slept in the cabin. Our friends had to sleep on the roof because they couldn't stand the smell. We asked to get docked so we could get a hotel but the captain said that all docks closed at 7pm. We left the next day and this boat company is still trying to charge us for the trip. Owner's response: ⚠️ Attention to other boat owners: After a calm and completely trouble-free charter, this guest attempted to pressure us after the fact by threatening a negative review in order to obtain an unjustified financial compensation. ✔️ No gas system on board ✔️ Not a single complaint during the stay ✔️ Friendly farewell with a generous tip Our crew performed professionally, and the service was smooth and uninterrupted from start to finish. We have maintained transparency, quality, and fairness for years – and we expect the same from our guests. 👉 All conditions and service details were clearly explained in advance and remain fully visible on Click&Boat.
