I am a freediving and scuba diving instructor, affiliated with the French Underwater Sports Federation. I offer snorkeling excursions to discover the flora and fauna of the Portcros Marine Park. Your day's program will be tailored to your preferences, departing from the boat at 9:30 AM. Our itinerary: - 9:30 AM. Boat departure from Le Lavandou. - 10:00 AM. Snorkeling along the marine trail with an introduction to freediving for those interested. - 12:00 PM. Lunch in a secluded cove. - 1:30 PM. Boat trip to the Gabinière islet to encounter groupers and pelagic fish. - 4:00 PM. Return to the mainland with an optional yoga session focusing on breathing techniques.
