Lipari Volcano Tour with Light Lunch and Aperitif

What we'll do

Meeting point is at 9:30 a.m. at the Port of Santa Maria Maggiore in Milazzo (ME). You'll be greeted by the skipper, and after boarding the vessel, you'll depart for the tour.

You'll sail along the coast, admiring the promontory of Capo Milazzo, to Punta dell'Asino, where you'll make your first 45-minute swim stop in front of the beautiful black sand beach.

The excursion will continue to Vulcano Island. The wildest part of its territory will leave you breathless and enchant you with its colors and pristine nature. You'll see the lighthouse and the black sand and gravel beach of Gelso.

You'll then stop at the Grotta del Cavallo (Horse Cave), named for a boulder at one end of the cave that resembles the head of the horse, and the Piscina di Venere (Venus Pool), where you can take another pleasant dip in the sea.

Arriving at the island's port around 12:00, you'll have the opportunity to visit the Vulcano village and, if you wish, enjoy a quick meal (not included) at one of the many restaurants in the port area. Alternatively, you can bring your own food and drinks on board. After about an hour and a half, you'll board again to reach the island of Lipari, where you'll have another swim stop near the pumice quarries and the white beaches.

Around 3:00 PM, you'll stop at the fishing port of Marina Corta to visit the town center. After about an hour and a half, you'll set sail back to Milazzo.

The excursion lasts a total of 8 hours.

The tour is open to all and has no age limit.

The excursion can be booked from April to November, weather permitting.

The itinerary may be subject to change due to weather and sea conditions. Therefore, it will be at the captain's discretion to decide and inform you of any changes to the program during the excursion.
