Tavolara and Molara in search of dolphins: a full day adventure in Monomaran

Embark on an unforgettable full-day adventure in the stunning Marine Protected Area of Tavolara and Molara aboard our spacious and comfortable sailing boat "Monomarano". Discover the natural wonders of the northeast coast of Sardinia, from dolphin watching to swimming in turquoise waters to exploring enchanting islands.

Your immersive journey begins with departure from the charming port of Golfo Aranci. Our first stop is near the offshore fish farm, a prime spot for spotting playful dolphins. We will then continue to the majestic Tavolara Island, where you will have time to swim in its crystal clear waters, relax on its beaches and discover the fascinating "Kingdom of Tavolara". Continuing our exploration, we will sail towards Molara, dropping anchor at the beautiful "Piscine di Molara" for a swim and a delicious lunch served on board immersed in a stunning turquoise scenery. On the way back, weather permitting, our expert skipper will choose another beautiful cove for one last swim, perhaps in Porto Istana, Cala Girgolu or Cala Moresca. Throughout the day, you will enjoy a delicious lunch, accompanied by local wine, beer, soft drinks, snacks and coffee, with snorkeling equipment readily available for underwater exploration.

What really sets our full-day tour apart is the unique experience offered by our “Monomaran”, which combines the comfort and space of a catamaran with the authentic sailing experience and safety of a large sailboat. Unlike typical boat tours, we prioritize encounters with local wildlife, with a dedicated stop for dolphin watching, as well as in-depth exploration of the iconic islands of Tavolara and Molara and a swim in the renowned “Piscine di Molara”. Our itinerary is carefully designed to showcase the natural beauty and unique character of the Marine Protected Area, offering a comfortable and immersive experience with excellent on-board facilities and the possibility of magical dolphin encounters. Lunch on board

Return to the port at around 5:30 pm

There are always three stops, which can vary, like the itinerary, based on the weather conditions and the decisions of the skipper. You can go swimming, swim from the boat, snorkel and, wind permitting, swim towards enchanting coves and beaches.

LUNCH

Lunch will be served on board and includes: a typical aperitif based on typical products; followed by lunch, cooked on board, based on pasta with fish according to recipes of the characteristic Sardinian cuisine and in addition: Vermentino wine, beer, fruit, Sardinian sweets and myrtle, the typical Sardinian liqueur extracted from the characteristic Mediterranean vegetation of these islands.
If there are food intolerances or special requests we confirm that they cannot be managed on the boats so in this case we recommend the packed lunch. (only the no-fish or vegetarian options are possible)
