We offer our First 29 for hire, a boat whose reputation is second to none. Rental by the week or weekend (2 days). Pen Kalet has been our family boat for 4 years. Equipped in semi-offshore, it accommodates 6 people on board. Its 2 double cabins (forward and aft) accommodate 2 couples and the 2 saloon berths will offer you a watch position for your night shift. Its kitchen equipped with 2 gas burners and a fridge (12/220V) as well as its bathroom with marine toilet will offer you the necessary comfort for a family cruise or between friends. Weighted dinghy with 70cm of draft raised daggerboard, it easily fails on its salmon and its 2 rudders. It will allow you to discover the shelters of the rivers of southern Brittany as well as to enjoy the nooks and crannies of the Glénans archipelago or the secluded anchorages of Belle. Low daggerboard, its 2m draft and 350Kg of streamlined daggerboard ensure good performance upwind for a boat of this generation. It is also perfectly equipped (cartographic GPS, autopilot, VHF/AIS, sound system) and has a motorized dinghy as well as a life raft. Sailboat "on a human scale", it is easy to maneuver. All maneuvers are sent back to the cockpit. Two new self-telling winches will allow you to line the genoa (new) mounted on a furler. The mainsail, fitted with a lazybag, lowers on its own and reefing is easily done solo. The symmetrical spinnaker will give you a nice glide downwind. Possibility of renting an inflatable paddle at 30€/week
