    We had absolutely the BEST time with Luciano. He made sure we were taken care of the entire trip - we did a full day boat rental. We drank champagne, jumped off cliffs, swam and got to see all the sights. We had a group from college and it was the highlight of our trip. 10/10 recommend.

    In the morning we identified a risk of storm. So we tried to contact Click&Boat who answered us that the next day (so no interest). The owner told us that we had not taken out weather insurance. However, it was a security risk for us and not a comfort in the absence of good weather! I absolutely do not agree with the commercial methods aimed at never reimbursing customers except in the case of taking out insurance! This is unacceptable and does not comply with consumer law. In the event of a security risk for customers, it is the owner or Click&Boat who must cancel and issue a full refund. In any case, in the end the weather was good and we went on the boat. Moreover, the captain of the boat did what he wanted "him" and not what we wanted to do. He had already planned his tour and wanted to save his gasoline which I found regrettable. Finally, the boat was very good and we enjoyed this unforgettable moment. The captain was pleasant and friendly. We had a good time. The priority is very responsive when you send a message.
