Good afternoon! I request your consideration of this complaint regarding a significant breach of the terms of service for my booking for a boat cruise along the Amalfi Coast. 1. Unilateral change of captain without notice. The contractor (Francesco) replaced the agreed-upon captain with another captain who was familiar with the approved itinerary and daily program, lacked the skills to navigate and moor the vessel, and had no information about the most picturesque locations for relaxation. 2. COMPLETE IGNORANCE of the passenger's special conditions. Before the trip, we informed him of my wife's pregnancy. The captain systematically refused to allow us to stop at our request, despite the obvious discomfort and health risks. As a result, after the trip, my wife is unable to walk; she suffers severe pain from constantly hitting the water due to unprofessional driving. 3. Upon leaving the last location, the boat hit the waves. All the other small vessels took shelter in the bays, but our captain did not change course, did not seek shelter, and continued forward, resulting in multiple hard impacts with the hull. This type of control does not meet small vessel safety standards. 4. Complete non-compliance with the stated program. Instead of the agreed-upon stops (entry into the grottoes, a visit to the Fjord di Furore, and the Amalfi viewpoints), we spent approximately 1.5 hours on the return trip in adverse weather conditions and only stopped near the departure port, despite our repeated requests to stop the vessel. Key points of the excursion were not implemented, and the main expectation of the service was not met. The service was not fully provided and deviated from the agreed terms. Passenger safety was not ensured, and my wife's health deteriorated after the trip. In fact, we paid for an excursion whose content and safety did not correspond to the description on the platform/in the offer agreement. Instead of a full-day sightseeing trip, we received an overpriced transfer to Positano and back, which created risks for my wife's pregnancy.

We had an amazing day! Our skipper did a wonderful job navigating through all of the stops and letting us swim in such beautiful places and waiting for us all along the way, we booked the Amalfi coast tour which included Emerald Grotto, Fiordo di Furore and lots of other swimming stops! Highly recommend!
